Linn Majik DSM
Improved design & performance
The Linn Majik DSM combines a network player, pre-amp & power amp in a beautifully designed package. You just need to add speakers, and because of the built-in MM phono stage, you can easily add a turntable too. The phono stage is built around the same architecture as the Urika II — Linn’s reference phono stage.
The DSM has a refreshed design based on the ultra-stylish Selekt DSM with the same monochromatic display, preset buttons & front-panel headphone jack.
Advanced feature set and performance
Its DAC architecture has trickled down from the reference standard Linn Katalyst — with improved upsampling & ultra-low jitter clock for greater timing accuracy.
The Class D amplifier ( 100 watts per channel into 4 ohms / or 50 watts into 8 ohms ) makes it more efficient & musical than its predecessor and has reduced noise and distortion.
It has a 4k compatible HDMI 2.0 socket for TV / Blu-Ray and games consoles. USB type-B for laptop, with Bluetooth, WIFI & ethernet connections to network stream locally stored music or from Tidal, Spotify, and Qubuz ( at 24 bit 192 kHz ).
The digital volume control can be controlled by the Linn app ( Android ) Kazoo ( iOS ).
